Do you work under a “Turnkey” delivery model?

Yes, we specialize in providing “Turnkey” solutions that deliver a fully completed project ready for occupancy or operation. We manage all stages, from design and licensing to structural construction, finishes, interior décor, and landscaping.

We serve both sectors. We have a dedicated division for residential projects tailored to individuals, as well as a specialized division for commercial projects for companies (towers, residential complexes, warehouses, offices).

All our projects are subject to precise engineering supervision. We strictly apply the highest quality standards in line with the Saudi Building Code (SBC). We use certified materials from leading companies (such as Jotun and Al Jazeera Paints) to ensure durability and safety.

Do you cover all regions of the Kingdom?

Our main headquarters is in Riyadh, but we have the capability and logistical readiness to execute major projects across different regions of the Kingdom. We have already delivered quality projects in Jeddah, Tabuk, and Riyadh.

How is the project cost estimated, and are the prices fixed?

After reviewing the approved specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), we adopt a full transparency approach. Costs are estimated based on detailed quantity schedules and drawings. We provide a clear and itemized quotation, ensuring no hidden costs and full commitment to the agreed budget.

Do you provide warranties on executed works?

Yes, we provide all legally required warranties in addition to supplier warranties for the materials used (plumbing, electrical, insulation, etc.), giving you complete peace of mind for many years.

I own land and want to invest in it. Can you assist with a feasibility study?

Absolutely. This is a core part of our consultancy services. Our financial team prepares feasibility studies and analyzes your project’s financial viability, establishing the foundation through projected costs and expected return on investment (ROI).
